The Program
Our program is unique in its design. It was created not only to make it incredibly easy for you to do but to ensure that you stick with it and get the results you need.
There are 3 key phases you will go through in an exact sequence.
After reviewing your nutrient analysis, you will start with Phase I.
In the Phase I (2 to 4 weeks), you will make only ONE change: adding into your diet the missing foods high in those needed nutrients. You will not have to avoid anything or cut out anything in this phase—only add in the good stuff.
Why?
Because we want to begin the creating health step immediately and make it easy to get started. Adding in these missing nutrients will reduce the cravings within the first week, because cravings are really only nutritional deficiencies anyway. As the nutrients go into your body, you’ll be more satisfied and be less hungry, especially for junk foods. Consuming empty calories will never satisfy you and will continue cravings for junk foods.
As more health is created, you will start Phase II (2 to 4 weeks). In this phase we will begin to get the junk out of the trunk, so to speak. You’ll be reducing the bad foods; however, now it will be extremly easy as your cravings will be gone and your energy will be high.
Other programs never get rid of the cravings, making it impossible to do them long term.
In Phase III, after your health is improved and you are in fat burning, we will address your fitness level. Too many people start with exercise before fixing the diet part. Exercising over fatigue and stress can add more stress to an already overstressed body.
