This program allowed me to achieve my ideal weight. It didn't happen overnight, but as I got healthy I started to lose more and more. I applied the information and it worked big time. The cellulite on my thighs is almost all gone—amazing!

I started the program at 156 pounds and now I am at 139 lbs, losing a total of 17 pounds within 9 weeks. I was a size 14 and now I can fit into some of my size 8 clothes. However, this is amazing because I had a very stubborn metabolism. I'm a single mother, raising three small children by myself, and my health is important. My face has even changed—it's less round. The best thing about this program is that it really brought my overall health up.

I'm off all three medications (for blood pressure, thyroid and depression). My blood pressure is down to 117/70. Even though I was on thyroid medication, I was a primary Ovary type, which can cause a secondary thyroid problem. My clothes fit so much better and my energy is through the roof. I don't need my Cokes to stay awake anymore.

My body is used to the foods and I even prefer eating this way.

I am consistently losing 2 pounds per week which is the maximum amount of fat a person could burn, so I'm happy about it. As a soccer coach I need my energy and health back. Everyone in the office is wondering what I'm doing. Thanks so much.

I have been on program for about 6 months and I could absolutely not be happier with my results. I have lost over 95 pounds and I feel terrific. I started the program weighing 339 pounds and now I weigh 244.

What was very interesting is that the first month on your program I lost NO weight; however, I could breathe better, I didn’t get winded when I ran up the stairs, and I had much more energy.

But the next month I lost 21 pounds. The third month I was 63 pounds less. Normally I would have given up within the first month; however, the doctor explained to me that I had to heal my body’s endocrine system before fat could be burned. I also had to re-grow muscle protein in my legs, which made my knees weak, and muscle protein weighs more than fat, which explains why I was shrinking in my clothes but the weight didn’t initially change.

I had this idea that I had to lose weight to get and be healthy, but I had it backwards; I had to get healthy before I would lose weight.

Because of the educational value of this program I have no doubt that I will have no problem keeping all the weight off. I have enough information to know exactly what healthy eating means. I have tried several fad diets and the weight has come back each time. Once I quit the diet I would go back to my normal habits and ruin everything.

Now that I know how bad my normal habits really were, I will not fall back into that trap. I thought I knew what healthy eating meant before I was introduced to this program. I was wrong. It seems like a pretty simple concept, but in truth, there is a lot more to it than I thought. I know that now, and I will always know what I am doing to myself when I cheat; it takes the fun out of cheating.
